This Alexander Valley Special Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits berry, cherry, and licorice aromas and flavors, which are characteristic of this region's wines. Aging for 18 months in oak barrels has also contributed layers of mocha and vanilla. This wine is wonderful with roasted turkey, barbecued meats, or pasta dishes. To retain its character only light filtration occurred and therefore sediment may appear as it ages.
